Our People
We have two full-time staffs at Jeju Dark Tours. We are in charge of various activities of the organization such as organizing a peace tour, documenting historic sites and international advocacy.
Yang Seong Ju
Born and raised in Jeju. Serving as the secretary-general of Association for the Bereaved Familys 4.3 Victimes. At the time of April 3rd, grandfather went missing as a prisoner in Daegu Prison after an illegal military trial. Has been carrying out activities for preventing the recurrence of national violence and spreading peace.
Jandi Kim
Lived as a social worker, activist for a civic group, and an assistant to the National Assembly. Wanting to develop civic movement capabilities for human rights and peace beyond social rights.

Jeju Dark Tours met me at a turning point in my life. I don't know much about 4.3 in depth, but as a Jeju Islander, I feel like I've been given a great opportunity to learn about 4.3 and participate in spreading the word. I will remember the history of 4.3 and move forward with my new life.
